Robes and slippers will be provided as well as a private locker for your personal belongings in our coed locker room. Enjoy the far infrared dry sauna to loosen up the muscles and open up the pores before your spa treatment. Showers are available for before or after your spa treatment or after your sauna session. Once changed into a robe and slippers step into the Mysa Lounge to relax.
For your comfort, please note that all spa spaces are coed. Guests are invited to enjoy the sauna in activewear, swimwear, or their provided robe for a relaxed and comfortable experience.
Mysa Lounge
Mysa translates to English as “cozy”, but it is more than that. It involves being relaxed, taking time out from stress and obligations, spending time with friends, and being in the moment, enjoying it with all your senses.
Far Infrared Sauna
Infrared saunas don’t heat the air, but actually heat the objects inside the sauna. The most effective wavelengths, in terms of generating heat, are in the far infrared spectrum. The Heat Shock Proteins in the body respond only to cellular stress caused by heat, these proteins become activated, which leads to health benefits that are similar to those gained through physical exercise. Specific wavelengths of natural light directly to a person’s skin and cells can improve cellular function and support bodily balance.
